I cannot brag on this company enough. They are kind and always take time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain any issues to me so I can understand. They don't make me feel like they just want to make money, they seem genuinely concerned with fixing the problem so that our home is comfortable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their ac or heater serviced or needs a plumber. Wonderful people!

Very, polite, and clean professionals. All work and no standing around talking. They removed an old cast iron sink from my tiny bathroom and installed an vanity and new sink and faucet for me. The vanity did not match up with the water pipes and they had to figure out a way to get it to work. They did it in a timely manner. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Tim and Tammy have done various jobs for the Herring family and we couldn’t be happier.nAll plumbing and heating done for our new farm house to perfection. We bought a tankless water heater for our main home and one for the farmhouse on their recommendation. They were spot on, we love it.nToday I had a panic when no hot water. In a flash Tim came to my house ( mind you a beautiful Saturday) and quickly found someone had turned the gas off to the house and had not turned it back on unknown to us as we were away.nWe owe him a big Thank you and maybe a steak dinner.nCall Sullivan’s for all your heating and cooling needs!

Sullivan’s removed my MIL’s old toilet promptly and helped get a construction service out a few days later to redo a small bathroom floor. A new ADA toilet was installed. A minor issue occurred after installation, however they insisted on coming out the same night (instantly) to repair the part. Family owned business with caring service!
