I had to change my review from 5 stars to 3. 😞
Since last year I have had multiple orders not correct when I receive them either by drive thru or by delivery. Tonight we unfortunately had 1 meal missing something. They have always been good to help in correcting issues or missing items. However after tonight we may not be visiting Don Chuy's for a long while. The food is amazing when it's correct but I'm tired of calling when things aren't.
The staff provides one of the best customer service experiences. The food was amazing as well. Everything from the tacos to burritos was outstanding. Although it could be a little cleaner, I will still come back to this shop again!
Their frozen horchata is a 5 star item it’s very addicting! It’s the best horchata I have ever had! I could also say that the ham, cheese, potato, and egg breakfast burrito is as good as breakfast gets.
But the service is not good at all. Many times you wait over an hour in line for food and it’s not always right. The food could also be a bit better, as well, and better presented.
the food is great but the online ordering is slow. I ordered and then the app gave me a pick up time of 46 mins after. i arrived 5 minutes after that time and the food was not ready. i had to wait 15 more minutes to get it. that is really slow service.
I used to love El azteca beef crunchy tacos. But when the Provo store I was so sad. I'm glad I found don chuy's, there food is really good👍 And I love there beef crunchy tacos. I would have to say it is better than El azteca's
