Rubie and Lori were great companions at the tool rental at this store. I showed up at 6:10 to rent a truck and there was no one here that could help out. Not even the manager on duty George could assist. How are you a manager who doesn't know the ends and outs of your store? I was consistently told it was going to be a couple a minutes. Then after 20 minutes of waiting we were told it wasn't going to be until 7 am that another associate would be showing up. If you're going to hire managers you should make sure they are properly trained in every aspect of the store.

I have stopped in many home improvement stores but in my opinion Home Depot rants the best. I suppose my ranking is most dependent upon three key features: customer service beyond compare, refund policy and wide variety of products. Staff are plentiful, kind and courteous and well informed on products. Although items are a bit more expensive than Wal-Mart, the extra few cents/ dollars are well worth it.
