The worst experience with the store. After ordering an 18 foot gate, I was told they would deliver for a fee. After 3 weeks in asked about gate and was informed they only have a delivery from the vendor monthly and that someone should of told me this. The gate arrives and I was informed that they cannot deliver the gate, it is to big. I was told they have a trailer I can rent to bring gate home. I arrive at store and the trailers are 8-10 foot (at best, I did not measure). I go and pay for gate after they showed me the gate, which was stacked behind 8-10 gates that were shorter, saying this is yours. I pay for gate and told them I would have my guys pick up gate later. Surprise again, the gate was not 18 foot.nThis is not a one person mistake, but every employee I had come in contact with told me wrong information. This clearly is an Area Manager problem who is not capable of making sure they train managers properly and fail to check up on the stores. I did not talk to only new employees at the store, one was definitely upper level, 2-3 were trained. This was not one person mistake, buy 5 different people giving bad information.nIf you can buy off the shelf fine, but beware if you need to order anything. Be armed with all the questions possible to ask to make sure you get the facts so you do not waste over a month of time (not included waiting inline to even talk with the online ordering person).

Large selection of products for farm and ranch. Fencing. Vet supplies for livestock and pets. A lot of hand and power equipment including trailers and the parts to repair them. Mowers. Western wear. Well pumps. Grillin & Chillin stuff.

Their online ordering and curbside pickup is quick & painless. However their inventory database is not always kept up-to-date. Suggest to call store if items show unavailable.

Heather is the greatest employee, she should be a manager, she was and is so helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the customers.
