I Love to support our local businesses. A bit more pricey than Home Depot and Lowes but you also avoid the 441 traffic. My only beef is I wish customer service were a bit nicer. Another case of me feeling like I am bothering them when I have a question.

When attempting to return a never used grill within the allotted 90 days we were told they could not accept returns on grills. The policy does not state anything about not accepting unused grills and we were requesting a store credit, not a refund. We requested to speak with a manager who tried to find anything wrong with grill that would allow them not to accept the return. Even when we said we would take less than what was paid for the item he refused to do anything to make us happy. As long-time customers of this store, we will longer go out of the way to support the smaller local business and will instead go to the big box stores that would have gladly have taken back an unused item.

We purchased most of the home improvement items we needed for our new home from here. We were quick in and out every time we went (our record was 4 times in a day!) and they were very knowledgeable and helped us accomplish many projects ourselves that we never thought we could do. Thank you Rockys!

Disappointed in the lack of customer service.nnSpent nearly $600 on special order pick up of 2 large boxes at the C/S counter in the back of the store. Clerk couldn't be bothered to bring to the front of the store. Told me to go to front and get a cart. As I came back, he left the boxes on the floor with the paperwork and walked away and I loaded the boxes myself into the cart. No offer to help, no question if I needed anything else (which I did, but ended up going elsewhere!). Not busy helping some else... saw him putting stick away as I was leaving.nnSad part is I ordered here (out of my way) instead of big box store thinking I was helping a local vendor. Will think twice next time.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and the store is much easier to navigate than a larger store. Very competitive pricing and they are knowledgeable when helping with the few projects I've asked about.
