With this station, you can walk on to the platforms from either side which is a definite plus when the elevator is down and you can't climb the stairs. There are vending machines with sodas and snacks but no rest room. However there is a gas station nearby.

Tried using my cash app card to purchase 3 (15 dollars for 3people) trirail tickets to West Palm station.. purchase was declined / cancelled for some apparent reason, even though my card was on. Worker at the side I was on said that me and my friends can just go and hop on since it wasn’t really that far of a ride considering it was only to one stop over from where we were located. Opened my cash app account this morning only to find out the purchase of the first attempt was declined, but 30 dollars ended up being taken out from the two other attempts at buying tickets from the station. -Customer support that’s located in Pompano down here in is a really bad system with helping me figure out what’s going on. Told the lady on the phone that their ticket stations at this location had taken 30 dollars out of my account..she said it will take 3 business days for the money to come back into my account since the money was “pending” (with attitude I guess because I was asking questions to have a better understanding??) Now I’m sitting here lost and confused as hell.. If it was a pending charge then my account will verify or say it would be pending and wouldn’t take out money for a purchase that was declined in the first place but was labeled as completed. I will be waiting the 3 business days out in hopes to see if my 30 dollars will come back. Please better both the computer systems and the customer support. Appreciate it.n*EDIT*nCurrently reaching out to cashapp support again. It’s been a bit more than 6 days that were promised for my 30 dollars to be returned.. if they can’t help me and neither can the customer support for Trirail then this is a lawsuit waiting to happen for the station

love they new express train system they installed. fast transit, i can get to and from Miami without dealing with traffic. cost about the same as driving here, i guess its the price we pay for convenience. Nice clean train. 4 stars because there was a couple of homeless people when i got off at the Lake worth station, very creepy specially at night.

First time on Tri-Rail. It was really a unique experience. The train it self was very clean. The sits were quite comfortable.
