I stopped by on 3/24/21 around 4pm, doors were locked, black chics behind the counter said they were closed. HITF do u close in the middle of the day??I've been to this location b4, don't recall any issues other than the rudeness of the sandwich makers, but that comes with the territory in the fast food business in west palm beach.
Ill give 5 stars to the sweet latina girl that attended Us..she made Us great sandwiches even tho it was really late.nnU could put some lights more to the drive thru tho, kinda eerie at night.
HORRIBLE place they closed 3 hours early and the employee was nodding his head no cause we were trying to open the door and stocked out his middle finger. I would give this a zero star if I could
Omg the guy surving making sandwhich had grey beard and all hanging out of mask with dander and beard hair on the front of his shirt making food. Grossed me out. He was friendly but smh ...yuck
It was my first time coming at this Subway restaurant. When I went in the restaurant, the sandwich maker was screaming at people to go away since they had reached their maximum capacity of 5 people inside the restaurant due to the COVID19 situation. I wish they asked nicely for people to step outside, instead of screaming at the paying customers. Much improvement in the level of customer service is required at this restaurant for the business to stay afloat.
