Needed an extra key. Got it.

Wonderful customer service. Ordered a bathroom vanity and a few other items for curbside pickup. The process was simple and efficient. The sales person was more than helpful. With help from a co-worker, they managed to fit the box into my SUV. I couldn’t have down that alone. Much appreciated.

I went to Lowe's about an hour before they closed. I grabbed my 3 items quickly then went to check out. The poor woman working the register was by herself. The line to check out stretched, with social distancing, over halfway down aisle 8. I asked an employee on aisle 8 if he could radio for help for the woman up front. My wife used to work for Lowe's and she knows they can call a code 3 to help at the front. He said no and went off to stock another aisle. I didn't see management there to help with the influx of customers waiting to ring up. I felt bad for the woman but she was working very hard. Not the typical Lowe's customer experience that I've seen at my Lowe's.

More than 40min in line to pay, no self check out and only one register open... guess never coming back to this location

I had a horrible experience with an employee that did not want to do his job. Until a miracle employee went beyond the call of duty and save my day.
