Very mean, very unpleasant lady behind counter. Would not answer my question seemed very displeased with what I needed to know, kind of feeling that I was bothering her. Stay away from her

You won't find the quality of merchandise that Anderson's has anywhere else. The selection and service is incredible. Its a family run business and they make you feel like part of the family also. Don't waste time going anywhere else !!!

One of our shower faucet handles broke so I dismantled it and brought it into Anderson's to find a replacement. The women who work there could not have been more accommodating. Rather than allow me to purchase a new handle, they tracked down the manufacturer of my piece and ordered a replacement for the interior part that had broken. When I came back to pick up the part, they kindly refused to allow me to pay them for their service and they supplied me with written instructions on how to reinstall the handle. Although I did not end up purchasing any hardware from the store, I can attest that their products are beautiful and of great quality. I highly, highly recommend Anderson's.
