My Plumber told me to visit Next Plumbing over in WPB. The Showroom Salesperson I dealt with, went above and beyond. He took his time to explain, how each of my showers would work and I bought one of those smart Toilets. Thanks Next Plumbing for making me feel comfortable with my Bath remodel. My friends all ask where I purchased my Bidet Toilet and I refer them to Next Plumbing.

Very helpful people . Products much better than any box store has . I must have went to Home Depot and Lowe’s 5-7 times due to the quality of the products they sell. Come to find out the supply houses have a better quality product as the box store requests the manufacturer to make it to their specs e.g. box stores having cheap plastic fittings and fixtures that crack vs brass metal . I returned everything back to Home Depot and Lowe’s and repurchased at Next . The box stores and online don’t have the expertise and leave important valves water supply tubes etc out where it becomes much more expensive in the long run not to mention several trips . I also had a friend in the Deerfield/ Boca Raton area that had a great experience with the showroom and the counter and not to mention my plumber loved the fact that they were helpful with arranging lead times and the material . The plumbing company I used also uses them for the uglier side of plumbing .

Do not buy anything if there is a chance you might have to return it! Unbelievable reason not to returnn$1000. No support for returns.nnI purchase an entire bathroom of nice fixtures from Andrea in the Wpb office. Took very little of her time I found her to be very knowledgeable.nnHowever, In Feb.2020. I returned to purchased a glass shower door. I bought it very fast. Trusting Andrea would worn me about what to look out for...As she did educate me with all my other purchases. The door ended up being too wide for on the tub side. That’s not her fault. but, worth mentioning to help someone here.nnI called her within a week after contractor could not install. The PU guy took about another week to come out. 3/2020. At which point we were getting warnings about the virus. People did not know about how it spreads that day. Things had not totally closed down yet.nnThe Gentleman who picked it up was alone. My workers had boxed it up to the best of their ability. But, it really was big, awkward any too heavy for one person to pickup carefully. He was rushing. Obviously disturbed about the virus news. So was I. He had slow run stride the entire time. This is glass!nI told him it needed more tape. So He just quickly put boxing tape band around the middle. which then,caused the box to open on the ends where it was taped with contractors masking tape. he picked it up so fast and plopped it on the dolly anyway! It’s a glass door:/ I have no idea what happened getting it in the truck and back out. I can imagine.nAnyway,nAfter a week or so still in March. I called to ask about my refund of approx 1000. With tax. Andrea told me they can not refund, because of the condition of the BOX.nI explained everything. Even the fact that the poor guy was probably trying to get home because it was the first day of major concerns with the virus.nnI’ve been calling and emailing once a month since. Even went there once. Spoke to the warehouse manager... they both keep saying when the manufacturer of the door gets aNother BOX to them. They may reimburse. It’s July and no reimbursement or calls. since the last time I called them. a month ago. I’ve never been more disappointed in a company. I spent 1000’s there with no returns.

I bought an entire shower system from them and the sales person put it all together and identified what was needed. There was s a problem with one of the parts and they told me to call the manufacturer. Gave me attitude and offered zero assistance. I have to now dispute all the charges with the credit card company since I have no intention to pay for something that does not work. And instead of having them help me I will purchase elsewhere. Once the charge is reversed and if they want the equipment back I will gladly pack it up and drop it off. Just needed some support and they would offer none. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UBDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no support.
