Delray Ace

I Ordered a Weber gas grill for my new home in West Delray over the phone with Pam. She give me a better price than the website and Home Depot. Assembled and delivered ! Ordered Wednesday it was on my patio Saturday. She called me a couple of times to give me updates on the arrival. I noticed it was leaking gas at the hose connected to the tank. I called Pam and she sent someone right out with a new tank. Turns out it was a cracked seal on my tank, never seen that before. They said no problem keep the new tank. Thank you Pam, I have been dealing with a lot of people with my new house and you should teach a class on customer service. Thanks again.

This is a great spot to visit for anything involving repairs. They had exactly what I needed and more. The workers are also very kind. Great work

Took a couple of screens in to be replaced and was taken care of by the owner Pam. I mentioned that I had 5 others to be redone but couldn't fit them in my vehicle because of their size. Pam offered if I could wait till Saturday that her son had a truck and could pick them up for me and then drop off the new ones. Worked out great. Thanks Pam

One of the worst Ace Hardware stores I have ever been to. One of the women that works there is super rude and and wouldn’t accept my return of a defective product that I brought back with receipt less than two weeks after purchase. She all but accused me of trying to scam them. Products at this store are all extremely overpriced, and although I shop there often out of convenient, I will never return.

Always try to use small local businesses. They are very aware of Covid and don't let a lot of people inside. I view this as a plus. Very helpful w making keys ans picking out spray paints. Definitely will use this business in the future.
