As others have noted, unreliable (like Lynx). Don't expect them to refund your ticket when a delay ruins your evening. I've contacted them and been ignored.

It provides no free parking. It is unfair for the parking facilities not to provide discounted parking rates or better yet free parking to sunrail customers. Come on Adent Health do better before God...
