Excellent service just like always fast and completely on time

Always a good selection of items to choose from. We had several staff associates asked if we needed any help. Cashier that checked us out was really nice as well.

Called just now to ask if they carry 8x8 ft plywood panels. The guy who answered the phone used an extremely condescending tone when answering my question. He stated “just the logistics of that would be impossible... I mean... come on.” among other remarks. If I’m calling you to inquire about a product, simply state it whether does, or doesn’t, exist. You don’t need to assume everyone is well versed in lumber logistics and behave in a demeaning manner. Avoid this company and their non existent customer service skills. ONE STAR.
