Matt is AWESOME!! He assisted me with finding a home, and spent many hours showing me several homes until he found the perfect home that would work for me. It was a great home, and I was very happy with it for 9 years. He did all the work with title companies and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. It was the best experience ever!! When I was ready to sell the home of course I called him right up to assist me with the sale. He once again made the transition easy, even though I was out of town most of the time....it was still easy!! I knew Matt was a great realtor, but didn't know how much until just recently. My husband and I just sold our house in California and bought a house in Idaho. The realtor in Idaho was very hard to work with, he made it very confusing, and we had to do most of the work including contacting the title company to see when we would be signing papers, Matt did all of that for me, I did not have to do anything. He is great!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Thanks Matt for making my transition a good one!!

Matt was awesome, always available when I had questions. He worked around my schedule to show me houses. He made the whole buying experience easy. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Matt is so awesome. He was so amazing working with us in selling my mother in-laws home. It was a very sensitive situation with her selling her house and he was awesome at addressing all the concerns and getting her the most for her home. We are very grateful to Matt for putting up with us and all of our concerns. He is very patient and knowledgeable. My mom also has used him to purchase her home. He is great to work with.

Matt is a fantastic Realtor. Very experienced, and easy to work with. He always has his clients best interests in mind, and more importantly, has the knowledge and ability to really protect their position and finances. Real estate professionals are a dime a dozen these days, but the good ones are worth their weight in gold. Matt is one of the best.
