Gayle has to been the most unpleasant person I have ever entered into an agreement with, in my life. I don't write this lightly. We were extremely timely in our payments for 3 years and she treated us extremely rudely immediately after signing and it continued for 3 years. The type of person who will yell at you at a moments notice. Renter beware!

She answered any questions we had, let us call her all hours of the night, and help us make smart choices. We had problems with the sellers, and costs that needed to be covered and she handled everything so well. She is the definition of professional! Thank you so much Gayle, we are loving our new home!!
