Have to order on their kiosk but couldn't get the order i needed so i ordered at the register where I would've went any to pay in cash. Was told to wear a mask by an employee not wearing a mask. Was told that they were short staffed while almost all of the staff was on their phones. Food was good but it could've been less time consuming.

Tried to order through the drive through tonight and someone told me through the speakers they can’t take orders so I asked why not and no one replied. Well once I was trying tonLeave I saw two employees standing in front of the building since I first arrived talking so I stopped and asked why they’re not taking orders - one of them said the system is down and the other one answered rudely that she had a family emergency- “ all I have to say I have a family emergency” - very very poor customer service! I rather drive to Navarre instead of coming back here.

Is there a shortage on tomatoes? Do the workers get compensated for every tomato they can keep? Again, I asked for soft taco supremes, no sour cream. Still didn’t get the tomatoes. Food is not made to order; and there’s no point to make substitutes because they don’t honor them. AND the worker slammed the window. Poor food service and poor customer service.

They were very polite the whole time the only issue was the queso chalupa that I ordered I asked for steak on it and they put beef instead of steak and then I made a to-go order and I made it on the key off and it was a 5-layer beefy crunch burrito and instead of that burrito they gave me a bean burrito with a whole bunch of cheese and sour cream on it so overall they were very polite but they did not make either of my orders right and they were all listening to 105 & Park rap station and dancing and talking about whatever about the rap song in front of customers instead of worrying about making their orders correctly and now I have to ride my bike in the rain to go get at least that the burrito fixed

Drive thru is down every time I go no matter what time of the day it is. This has happened to me probably 20 times since January. They say the system is down and to come inside but as soon as you do the staff gives you an attitude about it. I’m assuming they just don’t want to work considering the circumstances. Just go somewhere else and don’t waste your time with this place especially if you’re on a lunch break.
