Walked in and walked out 5 mins. Later. Not one employee greeted me or even looked my way. Terrible service. Never again will I go there. ............ Thanks for the response. I will come back and see if things are different. I hope so. Thanks for your genuine concern...

I have to say, this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. The entire order was wrong to begin with other than the drinks. I specifically asked, if there was sauce in the bag and received a reply, “there should be”. Well no &@$? Sherlock, I asked for it and guess what, none. The food we got, after we made it home and just decided to eat it anyway even though it wasn’t what we ordered, was absolutely horrible and soggy. Ultimately just threw it away. I then figured let me check the receipt, maybe I didn’t double check the screen. The receipt had what I had ordered and wanted. The only way it could be this messed up is if someone there just didn’t know how to read!?! Definitely will not go back. I can understand occasionally an order gets messed up, but then the food we did receive was also of such poor quality leads me to believe there are some serious problems at this location and I wouldn’t ever risk eating something from there again.

If it were possible I wouldn't give them a star at all they do not deserve any stars. Friday night (obviously everyone knows the lobby is closed) 1 would think by now after several months of only having the drive thru open they would have it down & be working like a well oiled machine but that is definitely not the case for this location. Cars to the street, slow service, trying to give people the wrong orders & trying to be chatting Cathy is what you get at this location. For someone that it's her 1st day & her working at the window is poor mangement. She can keep her attitude to herself it isn't needed & keep slamming the window you will get your hand in there.

I've been here 3 separate occasions. Each time is terrible. Tacos are always old and stuck to wrapper and fall apart. Quit preparing them early and letting them sit. Now yall seal the bag with a sticker so its an extra step to check before leaving to make sure the order isn't screwed up. Gross... I'll just eat cereal next time. I threw my food out. Waste of money
