This used to be a good company. Apparently they are under new ownership or management. Expect more than 10% of the goods to arrive in unusable condition and when you try to return them within the tiny 48 hour period they allot, it will be a huge hassle. They will also treat you as if you are in the wrong or trying to swindle them, so that’s fun. In the end you will waste lots of money and, more importantly, time dealing with them. Sad to say, but you will probably get a better deal and better quality product at lowes or home depot and have zero hassle if by chance the order is not satisfactory. Hodges lumber is not too far away, so if you want to support local business i recommend going there instead. RIP gatlin lumber, never going there again.

This place has been a life saver for as long as I can remember. They seem to always have the hard to find items that nobody else carries.nThe staff is very knowledgeable and super nice.

We found the hardwoods we needed for our home projects. The staff associates were helpful and knowledgable.

Extremely Rude, worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you return something they belittle you for ordering it in the first place and do everything possible to not accept the return. I will never return and honestly no one should do business with this place!
