We contacted Parts on Wheels during an extremely busy time of year to inquire about replacing the rollers on a sliding glass door. They contacted us earlier than expected with the opportunity to jump in from a cancellation. Communication was excellent throughout, provided an estimate, fixed same day in an hour. We have 3 sets of 30 year old sliding patio doors. They were very hard to open and lock/unlock. They replaced the rollers on all them, now they open and slide like soft butter on hot toast. I can open them with one finger and boy are they quiet! Now the neighbors aren't bother by our doors being opened late at night for our dog. Will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend any time I can.
