Wow, very impressed! Store very clean, personnel were very helpful. Had no idea they carried such a large inventory. Will certainly return to that store instead of the larger ones in town, a little out of my way but worth the trip.

Great service! My company, The Carpet Machine Carpet Cleaning had a brass fitting break in our Truck Mounted machine. When this happens it is an emergency. We had many people on our schedule expecting us to be there. These are hard to find parts and almost impossible to get locally. One of the ace employees allowed us to send photos of the broken part to his cell phone so he could search the store for a solution. He found one in that saved us a round-trip to Pensacola which would’ve put us behind at least a day and would’ve met a lot of mad customers. We are very glad to have such a good, well stocked Ace Hardware Right down the road from us.

Well, they made me a customer for life. I ordered a big green egg table and they asked if I would like them to assemble it. When I went to pick it up I realized I had misunderstood the cost and it was much more expensive than I had realized. Hunter assured me that even though they had assembled I did not have to go through with the purchase. I decided to remove one of the expensive options and go ahead with the purchase of the base table. When they profit it out to my vehicle, it still had the expensive option so I told them they had made a mistake, I had not paid for that. Hunter said he had decided to comp it for me. Wow, that truly exceeded expectations and I greatly appreciate what they did for me.
