Ken was always on time for showings and he was beyond patient as we looked at house after house during a pandemic no less. He was always proactive in looking for houses that met our requirements and he respected our pricing boundaries. After we found the house we were looking for he worked late into a Friday night on a holiday weekend researching similar properties to ensure we had an offer that was highest and best while still meeting the appraised value. He recommended an excellent home inspection company and walked us through the entire home buying process all the way through closing.

I highly recommend Ken! Out of all the agents I've worked with he is the most patient, caring, and really in it to help you and not push you into a sale that's not right for you. He treats you with respect and wants the best for you and your family's needs.

Thanks to Ken we got a great house at a great price. When we started looking for houses in the summer of 2012, we thought we were buying at the perfect time. Interest rates were low and so were home prices. However, we soon found out that we had a lot of competition at our desired price and location. After being outbid on a couple of offers and seeing home prices already starting to increase, we felt like we were running out of options. It seemed we would have to either pay more to build a new home or keep looking and risk having to settle on less of a home if prices continued to rise. It was then that Ken called us and told us that the buyers had backed out on the first house we had made an offer on. Even though the other agent had several other offers on the house and ours wasn’t necessarily the highest or best, Ken worked tirelessly with him to get us into first position. We were so grateful that Ken cared enough to not take “no” for answer. We couldn’t be happier with our new home. I would highly recommend Ken if you are a first time home buyer, need help buying a short-sale, or simply want a realtor who will look out for your best interest. Thanks Ken.

Ken is an A-1 real estate agent! My mother used Ken to sell her home and find a new one. He keeps us informed of what is going on and looks after our interests. He is uplifting, cheerful and caring. He goes out of his way to update my mother on the progress of her new home by driving by the construction site and taking photographs which he emails to us. Ken goes the extra mile. For example he was willing to loan us a truck when my mother moved from the home she sold. When my mother got sick he expressed concern and encouraged the builders of her new home to finish it in a timely manner. Ken is a great Realtor and a wonderful man. I would recommend anyone interested in selling or purchasing a new home to use Ken. We highly recommend his great service and encouraging personality. Thanks Ken!

Ken really knows his stuff! His recommendations were spot on. I wanted to offer more money and he told me to hold back. They accepted our offer and Ken saved me a couple thousand dollars! Just tell him what you're looking for and he'll find you the perfect place. He helped me get into our new home about 2 months ago and helped my dad purchase a home only a couple weeks ago. I've already referred a cousin and friend to him over the past month because Ken is the kind of guy you want on your side, buying or selling!
