We have now bought two houses and sold one house using Charles and have been very impressed and happy with our experience with him! He had our best interest in mind and really helped us to have a speedy and positive experience with each process. Even when dealing with difficult buyers, he was very professional, helpful and patient. We will definitely be using him with any future property transactions and can’t recommend him enough!

Charles definitely earns my recommendation! We have now purchased two homes and sold one home with his help. In the process of recently selling our home we had some buyers that were very difficult to work with, but Charles constantly kept our best interest in mind. He was often working late into the night to make sure our house was sold within our time frame, while also helping us get the full worth out of our home. If you want a realtor that aggressively fights for what’s best for you, then give Charles a call.

Charles has been amazing! We had a very small window before my husband had to start his new job and in that time he was able to help us sell our house and buy a new one! He went out of his way, sometimes late in the day, to make sure we were able to look at every house we were interested in as soon as possible. Charles is someone who will fight for you too. We ran into a couple issues (non that were at all his fault) and he fought for us and did everything possible to help us out and make sure we were in our home when we needed to be and at a price we could afford. If you want a realtor you know is your corner Charles is your guy!

I've known Charles for over 20 years. I bought my first house where he was the selling realtor and ended up living next door to him. I later used him to sell that house and help me buy the house where I now live. Here is why he is such a fantastic realtor: 1. He knows the Utah County market incredibly well. 2. He works days, nights, weekends, and holidays to sell your house. 3. If you need help getting your house ready, or getting moved, etc, Charles is a great resource. On many, many occasions, I have seen him grab his own equipment and come help with whatever is needed--even after the sale is finalized. If he can't help personally with a situation, he always helps point you in the right direction. 4. Integrity. I understand that not every deal goes perfect and that some people might feel the need to vent their frustrations with a negative review. With that said, I know from years of first-hand experience that you will not find a realtor with more integrity than Charles Wixom.
