I’ve been through these situations at this location where there’s always something wrong. So, employees are nice but they need to be more organized and communicative. I understand it’s a fast place environment but two times they’ve mistaken my order. I’m a business owner so I don’t have the time to go back. Another time the employee at the register was talking over the phone with the owner while taking my payment. I gave him a coupon and since he was distracted he ended up charging me regular price. According to him there’s no way to void the transaction. Today I went and they don’t do chopped salad anymore? I wanted a chopped salad and I ended up getting a sandwich just bc they don’t chop it anymore? I’m trying to make sense out of it but nothing comes to mind.

Best sandwich I ever had and I drove from Broward just for sandwich and the employee eboni was amazing best customers service

I just ordered a tuna sandwich and they added me a hair ud83dude12... disgusting never come back ... customer service is horrible by the way.
