Not sure about this location. Guy working looked like he didnt know what he was doing and I had to repeat several times for him to do it. He also charged me for a footlong when I ordered 6inch. Will have to try again and see, until then it is a 3-star.

Worst customer service, ordered online as curbside, then i clicked am here order never came out, i went in to ask for it they said not ready then waited outside again for 20 minutes and still no one came out went back in and asked for the food they said yes its ready and i asked him why they didn’t come outside they said i have to pick up and it doesn’t matter if its curbside. Worst experience. I was scared that they did something to my food so i trashed it.

Person making sandwich was in a rush cuz their phone kept ringing, also told me i was limited to how many toppings i could have on my sandwich when they're supposed to be unlimited

Doesn't take coupons. Go next door to NY bagel and deli a couple more bucks for 10000% better food

I hope management sees this! Whoever is working today August 3 at 5pm, did my Uber eats order wrong, I tried calling since before I placed the order for over a hour to confirm my order, no answer. For 2hrs the phone has not been answered. My fiancé went to get my order fixed, wasted money on Uber. And the man working(Spanish speaking) refused to fix my order! When my fiancé asked why they didn’t answer the phone, the man said he has better things to do! Completely rude and unprofessional.
