Great services!!! ERIKA.is the best..very professional and friendly services!
Usually their customer service is great and normal but I’ve been recently getting this one lady and she lied to me once because I was trying to pay with my phone using the subway app and she made it seem like it wasn’t working when I knew it in fact it was working because I used it earlier that day, I left the sub in the store but a couple days later I go back in their and told her everything and she replies basically saying she’s not gonna serve me and saying she doesn’t care. Everything else is great at this subway except for this person but I’ll see if I can get her fired.

Today was this lady sitting down in a chair and playing with the phone, as well not the best attitude towards the clients so whoever the lady was attending today let me tell you something. Nasty service. This company shouldn't have people like this in customer service, neither paying them to be playing with the phone instead of taking care of the clients. What a shame of place. If I could give 0 stars I would do it.
