No concept of customer service. Must be a miserable work environment considering everyone there seems to always have a stick stuck in their pants. Short rude replies. You’d think they would care to keep customers that USED to bring them considerable amounts of business. That stopped today. Never again. I guess they feel they will be fine with all the hvac techs business that they don’t need you. Not a very ambitious owner. I’ll drive to West palm Beach before I ever step in this place again

great service, knowledgeable staff. once bought wrong item, they gave me the correct (slightly more expensive) one without any bureaucratic BS!

Amazing place right on Miami Beach! The front staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. The men at the counter were knowledgable. Yes, there was a short wait, only because the service is personalized. Thank you!

Hit then miss. Every other time I visit this store I get really good service and some helpful and some knowledgeable. Never mind expecting what you need. Product, helpful and knowledgeable service... It's not going to happen. I go every time with the understanding that this Store is almost invaluable in not leaving the beach.

Same reason as everyone else here.. they are complete a-holes...all of them. I've lived here 20 years and it never fails when I give them a chance - they just don't care.nnScrew y'all... plenty of other choices.
