The best hardware store in Miami. The staff are super-friendly & helpful and they go above and beyond to help their customers solve any problem. If you’ve ever been frustrated wandering the aisles of a big home center looking for help, this is your kind of place. Highly recommend!
Thank goodness for Ace hardware. If you are looking for particular items, like I was..metric machine screws, forget about home Depot. Not only they do not have it but also there is never proper help. Ace is the exact opposite. There is an informed and knowledgeable person in every department.. unfortunately the one near my office, in Miami Beach, closed. This was the first time I went to this one and the experience was very similar to what I was accustomed to , quick help and exact item I needed. Now I have to return the stuff I bought from home Depot..
I've been going to Sykes Ace hardware for the past 35 years. You can't beat their service. Always someone available to help. The owner is often there. All the employees have a strong work ethic.
A terrific and comprehensive hardware store with very friendly engaged staff and management. I was very impressed to find the best local firewood from Fred Stevens being sold. I only wish I went to this location sooner.
