This nail salon use to be my favorite place until last night. I got the worst service. I paid $45 for a fill in then they not only messed up the shape of my nails. I had to tell them that your suppose to get two coats of polish and then top coat. The lady polished them by just slapping the paint on them. Then she wanted to charge me for a second coat of polish. Then when I called to file a complaint they were rude as hell and still never fixed the issue. They told me if I didnt like my nails that I didn't have to come back ever again. So again very terrible customer service.
3 hour Horrible experience. Pedicure = no dead skin exfoliated from feet, no cuticle removal. Could not communicate at all!!! Cuticle bleeding in 2 areas.nHands = No manicure No cuticle removal. Debris left under nails. Pink white so thick it looked chunky. Cuticle bleeding in 3 areas on fingersnI should have NOT paid!!
Very clean salon and great care to detailed service. They don’t rush your service to take the next client. Appointments and walk-ins welcome, but they do fill up fast. Definitely Henderson’s best!!!
Was there for over two hours even though I had called ahead and made appointment. The women interrupted my pedicure to take care of another customer who needed her eye brows waxed. I got the pedicure for a beach vacation and less then a week after two nails were completely bare as the polish had fallen off in the sand. I will not be back.
