Linda did very well on my haircut! The employees wore masks the entire time I was there which made me feel comfortable. Polite staff. Very good experience.
Got there at 530. They close at 6. They told me they were done for the night. 2 stylists. One person waiting. One stylist wasn't even cutting hair.
Did not answer the phones at all I called multiple times and days not with the headache can't even make an appointment to follow the covid guidelines
Set up an appointment for 4, showed up a little early. There was no one else in the salon. Both stylists said they would be right back. Never came back. I left.
Lady did a good job cutting my brother's hair. The price is average, $15 but..... the owner or boss happened to come in to do a deposit and if she hadn't we probably would have waited another 10 or 15 minutes because everyone was in the back and obviously in no hurry to come up front and help the customers. I'd only go back there (for the fact that customer service was not their number one priority, just the boss who isn't there all the time) if there were no other places open. Customer service is my number one pet peeve! It totally can make or break a place.
