I went in for a simple color and cut. The first round my hair turned out very brassy. The lady tried to color it again. Still brassy. So... I went in a week later for a re-do. This time my hair was colored again. Still not right. So she put on toner it. She didn’t leave it the full amount of time. She asked me to come back the next day. I did. She ended up turning my roots PURPLE! I told her I could not have unnatural hair because of work. She was well aware of this! Now the owner is refusing to refund my money! I will say the stylist was nice. However, purple hair is not acceptable.
Great experience!! They took their time to make sure the results were exactly what I wanted and they were very kind. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was welcoming. Both Taylor and Megan worked on my hair. Both knew how to do their jobs effectively. Overall a great experience.

Great place, great haircuts. The hairdresser I had, Taylor did a wonderful job cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted it to be. The color was great and perfect ud83dudc4c. She was super polite and we had a great conversation. I will continue to get my hair cut here! I recommend Taylor along with smartstyles. I will never get my haircut anywhere different!
