I like this place a lot. theres a special atmosphere. The food is marvelous. the service is efficient and the team is professional. The price is reasonable. very much recommend.

I would not recommend this Subway to ANYONE. I recently placed an order on Uber eats at this location. I immediately got a notification stating that they were “preparing” my food at 5:58pm. At 6:39 I got a call from the Uber Eats driver that he was trying to get the food for us and that they were closed so he wanted to see if I could cancel the order on my end. Unfortunately I couldn’t so I decided to go to the subway to see what was going on. NOT ONLY was the worker extremely rude, he also made me feel terrible. He was screaming saying he “never” confirmed any orders and that he was in a rush to go home because it was 7pm. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give them 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I need to at least put a 1 star rating for the review. Once he closed the door in our face because he didn’t have time he went inside and canceled our Uber eats order.

Best subway in the area!!! Excellent service. Bread already baked. Excellent quality in food and service. A place to go back again!!!!

Subway was pushing $3 subs so I went for it. The lady did not speak good English so it took a while to figure there was only one bread available. It was near closing so this was not a problem. Once past this impasse the sandwich was prepared quickly along with Dorito chips and a drink. Very good value. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwiches here. Freshly prepared and very tasty. The customer service was good as well. Best of all, the prices were pretty decent. This branch of Subway is conveniently located in the food court at Westfield Mall in Hialeah. I will be sure to visit here on the trip back to Miami.

Subway is a good alternative for Publix subs if you order right. This place just took a while to prepare my sub, not sure if under staffed or just an older married couple running it, which it seemed like. It tastes as good as it looks.
