The guy doing the food had a hearing or understanding problem because I told him 3 times and still have me what I didn't ask then my husband told him thats not what we asked you and he got mad so we got over charged so my husband said never again.

This specific store is a franchise and sometimes the ingredients for the sub are not to fresh and normally they only have one person working.
Today I ordered online a beef and cheese footlong and when I brought it home I noticed the meat amount inside the sub looked more for a six inch instead of a footlong. It also had ONE slice of cheese, few onions, and about 6 pcs of olives for the whole sandwich. It was actually a joke!! Maybe they were stingy with the ingredients because we were not there to see it getting prepped, or maybe because we payed with Paypal and they get charged a commission, but in either case we could tell the ingredients were not suitable for the size if the sub. Shame on them. I will not purchase from this location again.
I wish we could give half stars. I would say to eat here when you are looking for some piece and quiet. 49st has around 4 subways within 16th ave through 4th ave and this one is hidden from the rest. Its clean and quiet.
