Line at drive through was quite long and I hesitated to go in to order but didn't have much time, so I went in.nnI was glad to see they have dividers at checkout, and all employees visible especially the food prep employees, including sanitation duty people, were all wearing masks and wearing them properly (No exposed noses).nnGood job Taco Bell!! (This location only) I felt comfortable going in and ordering at this location.
I like near the Taco Bell on 441 and I drive over to this one because they are great!! Polite professional and fast. It taste better from here.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I literally just walked in and asked for a minute to look at the menu. As I was standing in the front all the the men in the back of the store started speaking about how they hoped I didn’t have a big order “but it is Saturday so we can expect it.” They proceeded to ask say what they thought I should order and when I confronted them they immediately became sassy. The rudest customer service. I’m one of those people that tip even at fast food. Do better next time.
Rec'd wrong order. Called and I was told to come back and they replaced the complete order. That Mgr. was extremely nice. NOT - then they still messed up the order. Short the main Chalupa. They acted as if I was lying but after checking my order I guess they didn't see the Chalupa on the bag(RIPLEYS). Then I was finally given the correct order! By by Taco Bell!
Loving the Taco Bell app...order and pay online and you can either walk in or drive thru to pick up. Super convenient since they are always so busy.
