If I could give this place zero stars I would after the experience we had tonight, came in around 8:30 we were told to place our orders through the kiosk we placed our orders however my mom placed hers separate through the kiosk because she only had cash! After we waited for about 20 minutes my mom goes up and ask someone how much longer for her order & they began to tell her that her order never went through and that the only way they could take her order is if she left the lobby and went through drive through mind you we were sitting inside with our kids and families some of us already eating , so I began to tell them that it was unacceptable especially since we placed the order and had sat there waiting for so long so then I demand to speak to the manager and ask her if she could make an exception given the situation and place her order inside the lobby but through the drive they kiosk and she said no the manager s name was Erin! I just want to say that it was poor service and customer service from the beginning just an overall horrible experience and the managers excuse was that they were very short staffed .

Cha get their menu yet again. Do not carry the old faves and would like to bring them back. Need that crunchy toastada in my life. Food was good as always. Love the hear how taco tactic of a day the employees are having. Will be back

Lame! Very Lame!! I was handed half of my order, had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the rest. No one at cash register to take orders. One customer just wanted a large drink had to wait 10 minutes before he got it after ordering from kiosk. Only 3 employees working. A group of 4 who ordered 6 minutes before I did was still waiting for their orders after I left. Thanks China for screwing up the world.

Reason for the two stars. The kid at the window decided that he wasn't going to give me my change back. He handed me my food and said have a nice day. I asked for my change and he gave me an attitude. He said it was only 9 cents, and I said. Yes it is and it's my 9 cents and not yours to pocket. Won't go back there again.

Order was wrong. Was not given a receipt. There were only like 2 people working. I parked and went inside and another person in front of me had a problem with their order as well. Decided to just leave. $7 for nothing.
