My washer and dryer gave up on me and I had to purchase a new set. Jackie in appliances was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to me and was a genuinely kind and caring person. I am very happy about my purchase and Jackie made a huge difference with the level of care she provided. The Home Depot should be happy to have such a wonderful addition to their team!
I like going to home depot because of the better prices and good quality products. However getting help is near impossible. What should be a 10 to 15 min visit turns into 30-45 min just waiting for assistance. 2 times in the last 3 months I called ahead to ask for items availability. Was told they had it, took the 30 min trip only to find out they didn't have it. Home depot needs to revamp their customer service and perhaps a bit more training for employees.
I never have any problems with items or materials being out of stock. The staff is always helpful and sometimes surprisingly knowledgeable. Lots of social distancing reminders and aids as well. Always a pleasant experience to shop there.
