Just to be clear I do not going around posting negative reviewsnBut this one needs to be address ,When you walk into a front door the employee should at leastnAcknowledge that you're standing therenSomebody behind the counternThay should know some simple terminology like Shank or bore size, she wan not that friendly either and I don't think she wanted to be bothered!
When I walk into this place I did not know what I needed as fasteners, only the project I needed to complete. I believe it was the owner or at least one of the owners who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.I purchased a large order of metal siding from my supplier in Texas and ended up with the long fasteners was in a crunch to get the correct ones immediately. They had several thousand of each type of Gessner I needed and scrambled to get the order placed to get the other roughly 9000 screws and one Monday which was the very next day.nThe amount of the screws I picked up cost me about half of what it would have at several other suppliers I checked with!nPlenty of parking if you have a trailer as well.nIf you’re looking for hometown feel and keeping your money in the town you live in, do you yourself and our town favor and give this place the opportunity to make your job easier.nIt was a pleasure doing business with you guys and here’s to many more years.nnA little side note, for the previous reviewer “Ten Foe” that left a 4 star review simply because you can’t use a card for a tiny purchase, you’re an idiot!
