Mr. Mosser is a fantastic plumber. He only dug into the problem to the extent that it was actually needed - a total-system blockage, affecting every toilet and shower in the house - and charged reasonably, giving me the option of fixing things myself and saving money if I chose. He is now my go-to person for any plumbing issue. His Christian courtesy, honesty and kindness was rare. An honor to have a professional of this kind in our home.nnI read his one-star review here. There isn't anything in the comment that relates to his professional skills or manners. Even in the negative comment the reviewer blames him for not answering and then for answering. Perhaps clients need to be rated also!
Doesn't answer phone or return calls in a timely manner. Update: call returned 8 hours later, not to ask what was needed, but to argue about a 1 star rating. Perhaps if this business cannot keep up with their phone calls, they could hire someone to answer the phone.
He did a great job! Also, he was cordial, professional, and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had to call Mosser Plumbing this morning at 8am, David Mosser came and finished before noon. Very happy with the speed but even more so regarding this company's ethics. I was told a price on the phone and Mr. Mosser repaired our issue using a simpler method and charged me barely half of what I was originally told on phone. I couldn't believe how fair and honest this company is. On a final note about my service, I was home alone while my husband was at work. Normally i'm very leery about allowing a man in my home whilst alone but Mr Mosser didn't linger or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Feeling very blessed about my experience with this plumber.
