Personal Touch and Judy Phillips does a fantastic job on my hair! I have it colored and cut there every month and have had for 16 years. I say, notice the hair stylist's own hair whenever you see them. If it always great looking, then that is who you should trust with your own hair! Judy and her own hair sure fit this rule of thumb; her hair always looks great! She is her own walking advertisement.
A good place of business, Judy has cut my hair since before Seth was born.
I love the quick and friendly service. And my hair gets cut just the way I want it cut, all for a very reasonable price.
