I cannot say enough good things about Maxwell plumbing. Chose them to do some plumbing work based on Google reviews. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.nnWhen we remodeled our condo, the plumber that did the work said that due to the depth of our sink, we were unable to install a garbage disposal. After further research, it turned out that he was either not knowledgeable or lazy. So we decided to search for a plumber who could install the disposal.nnGary and Mike showed up on time and not only were they able to install the appliance, but they did not have to cut any large holes in the cabinet in the process. They also installed a new faucet for us. They were very friendly, polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Best to call in advance since they stay pretty well booked up. We made our appointment a month in advance.

Mike came out and installed 2 new toilets for us. He was friendly, professional and efficient. An asset to the company. I have consistently received quality service from Maxwell Plumping and will continue to use them.

I had a sewage back-up on Monday morning. I called Bayfront first(mistake) and they told me they couldn't come out until THURSDAY!! Called Maxwell, and not only did they come out that day within a few hours, but Chris also went above & beyond, and found a split in my line near the clean out, and fixed that as well. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I will be contacting Maxwell, and referring them to anyone around the Key going forward.

I have used this company several times with no complaints but I had an issue with my toilet not working and needed them to replace them with new ones which I have already purchased and have here,the office manager could not get anyone out for almost a week, I explained this is a long time to go without a toilet and asked to speak with the owner which she replied he is not in and if he was couldn't change the scheduling that was entirely up to her. So I called another plumbing company and they are coming out first thing in the morning. They just lost a customer and I will never recommend them for ant work because of the lady in the office.
