The Technician was on time and did excellent work. However I was not provided an estimate once the issue was located allowing me to make a choice on having the work done. I then received an unexpected bill. The bill did not reflect accurately both on the time charged and the parts used (some used parts). I paid the bill, and requested the owner/manager call me back to discuss my issues. After 3 calls and messages made over 2 weeks I never received a return call. I found out the owners name is Robert and asked for him directly. Yet I have never heard from Robert. Although my star rating does not reflect the good work from the technician I could not provide anything better from a company who could not return my calls for some simple questions.

I wish I could leave more than five stars. I called in the middle of the day regarding a large leak running through our ceiling in the attic. Not only did they make room in their completely full schedule, but knowing that we didn't have any water on in the house, they sent a team out immediately to quickly repair and restore our water. About 15 mins. later, another team arrived just to insure our problem had been resolved! They are on our speed dial now. I can't say enough about the quality of service, swiftness, how courteous with explaining the problem, and if they are unable to locate a leak (like the one in our yard after the hurricane), they will give you an excellent recommendation to those who can. The cost for repair was straight forward and fair-no hidden costs. I wish all of our house repairs could be handled by a company with such an awesome work ethic and customer service! You guys are EXCELLENT!!!

They did an outdoor shower for me. They had great recommendations on location, style, shut-off valves, etc. Work was quoted and completed quickly. Very professional.
