It’s just so ghetto. The appliances are lacking since takeover from Sears outlet. There is NO WARRANTY on appliances. No returns... this place is bottom of the barrel. This also will be my last visit there. The staff was too busy texting to even acknowledge I was in the store. I was in there 15 minutes, not a word nor greating.

Purchased a washer and dryer set December 31st for $1668 I cancelled my order January 5th because I was initially told the apartment I was moving in had washer and dryer hookups but it was a new employee that was misinformed and upon moving in I realized there weren’t washer and dryer hook ups so I canceled the order January 5th and was told I would receive my money within two weeks I’ve been on the phone numerous times with the store manager who treats me as if I’m a nuisance for wanting my money back and the number I was given for corporate I’ve called numerous times and spoken with their representatives who tell me they don’t have a boss or manager I can speak with ud83eudd14. It’s now February 17th so it’s been 43 days and I still haven’t received any refund and have only been given the run around repeatedly and told by store employees a lot of people are dealing with the same issue. This is no way to run a business and very unprofessional my next step will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Don't bother with their website. They don't ever have anything in stock, have been there several times over the last few months, and we can never seem to find ANYTHING in stock, that they advertise! Call first, and save yourself a trip.

Terrible quality furniture for the prices and appliances that are WAY overpriced...no deals here, better off at Big Lots.
