I was very pleased with Jay's. He worked us in the schedule when I really needed them. The tech was professional and polite. He fixed my problem in one hour, which allowed the remodel in my bathroom to stay on schedule. We will definitely use them again. Thank you from the Robinson family.
I just encountered a very aggressive driver in a Jays Superior Services van on North Federal highway! Jumping lanes, tailgating and blowing the horn like a maniac. Putting other drivers at risk is dangerous. I wouldn't hire this company for ANY reason due to the display of aggression. Who would trust someone like that in their home?!
Very friendly and professional. Had an emergency plumbing repair of a leaking pipe, they arrived about 30 minutes after I called. Definitely recommend.
Jay is a great, positive, responsive, up front guy. He and Octavio amongst his crew helped get my my wife and I's home plumbing in order. The project was completed in a short timeframe for the magnitude of the work done on my home. I trusted Jay with my plumbing and he'll be my go-to call in the future.nnI am an extremely happy customer of Jays and would highly recommend his work. I wish I had met Jay sooner as a different plumbing company that redid 1/2 my house way overcharged me. Jay finished out the other half of my house for a comparatively fantastic price.
