We were really happy with the work in the past, and found him reliable, but the voice mailbox was full, and he kept saying he would be by today or the next day. We made sure we were home for nearly a week, and he never showed. I know we were just a clog, and not priority, but if someone says they are going to be there 3 times in a row and disappoints, they are no longer reliable.

I just hat the best plumbing experience in the 25 years of owning my house! I had a major leak on the main water shutoff valve. I called Al’s at 6:30 and it was fixed by 8! They answered the phone right away, and called me back in a few minutes to let me know someone was on the way. Bobby arrived, had all the parts needed and made short work of the repair. Great work, great company. I will definitely call them back for the few jobs I need to get done. Great job guys! And thank you Google for the great search results!
John came out promptly. Identified the problem and started to work right away. Next day a two man crew put in a full day's work. They were respectful of our home, having tarps and taking precautions to keep a clean work area. Workmanship was top notch. I recommended them to my Realtor for her clients. I would recommend them for you.
