Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I don’t know if this location took a hit during the pandemic, but hardly anyone even works there. There are no cashiers, so you’re forced to use self checkout. I ordered paint online, specifying which colors I wanted. Someone picked them up for me and when I opened the cans, none of them had been tinted. When I went to curbside pickup to get an order, I checked in online and waited for 30 minutes. When I called the store they told me “curbside pickup is down”. How hard would it be to tape up a sign so customers know this? From now on, I’ll be shopping at Lowe’s down the street.

Customer service is terrible. The woman at the front was so rude and condescending. I will not go back to this location.

Do not order impact windows. They will sub out the job and you will regret it. We had the most unprofessional experience so far.nnWe ordered our windows in August of 2020. A rep came but and spent an hour showing us the options and ended up closing the deal. The entire selling point was “were the Home Depot. If anything goes wrong we will be there to take care of it. It’s a big lie. They messed up the order and will not even get back to us now.nnThey ended up scheduling the install for early December. They were supposed to do all the windows and 2 doors. A front door and a side door. Then they said that the front door was taking extra time because of COVID and they will just install the windows first and then come back to install the doors when they come in.nnThe window install went good.nnThen we got a call saying the doors are taking longer. They originally said it will be a 15 day delay. Ended up being a month.nnThey finally let us know at the beginning of January that they can install the doors at the end of the month. We scheduled it for January 28th.nnThey came to install the doors that morning and they only had one door. I asked where the front door was and they had no idea. Made some calls and then finally got word that someone made a bad mistake and forgot to even order the front door. Wasted 2 months of our time and didn’t even order it all while claiming that the delay was because it took longer to get in. All they said was sorry and they are working on it. (See pic) Haven’t heard anything for the past 2 weeks. Now they won’t even reply when I text them.nnYou will not be happy with the experience. We could of saved money if we went with a regular company. Very disappointed with them. I was planning on doing our entire kitchen with them but will never do any project with them in the future.

Not well organized...shelves are not marked or well stocked...staff not that helpful

Sketchy sketchy sketchy. Nothing is where it should be. Most isles are blocked or dirty. Employees seem to hate their job. Definitely won’t be going back. Only reason for two stars is because they had a Hammer I wanted. Will never go back
