My husband and I purchased a brand new swim spa from Frank and I could not believe how much information he gave me and answered all my questions I had a GREAT customer service experience, I would definitely recommend valy plumbing and spa supply to anyone who is looking to buy a hot tub or swim spa . Frank also gave me a free start up chemical package and did a complete orientation on water chemistry. I was very happy with the delivery and since frank came out and looked at our set up I was aware that we had to get a crane to get it in our backyard. I am a very satisfied customer and will be dealing with Frank for many years to come .

Absolutely impressed with the workmanship and level of service that Frank and one of his techs performed. My spa was wired incorrectly and never worked properly from the day I bought my house. Frank came out when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and returned the same day to finish the job which included making sure my chems were right. Let me just finish by saying that he knows his business, is extremely personable and very affordable. Thanks Frank!!!
