I am very pleased with the customer service I received today starting with Jen who took my phone call. She discussed several options with me, explained the process and was extremely helpful in getting a tech here. My techs name was Adam. He was very respectful and explained everything he was doing along the way.nExcellent customer service!
Called Orange Plumbing concerning problem I was having with my under kitchen sink water heater. They sent a repairman (Chris) the next day. Chris was very professional and friendly and courteous. Removed my bad water heater and installed a new valve on my whole house water heater.nChris made some temp. adjustments which allowed me to eliminate the under sinks water heater altogether. Great Experience ! Would not hesitate to call them again if in need of work or repair. Thought their pricing was fair as well.
This is second time I used this service and I am more than a satisfied with Orange Plumbing Service. Their staff is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I especially like how they are quick when you need it and that is most important in plumbing business. Highly recommended plumber!
Horrible accounting practices and essentially liars. Told we would receive $130 back if we hired them to do a job after a camera check. So we did and paid them for job. Two months later they come back saying we shorted them $180. Why didn't they catch this when we paid in person by check. I asked them for an itemized invoice. They gave us one with everything (i.e. labor, permits, etc) lumped together as one expendenture. I also asked about the refund, which wasn't listed, took them a month to get back with us.
Orange Plumbing sent Mike out to find and fix the water leak at our home. Mike was courteous, personable, and professional. He provided a solution to our plumbing break that was the least disturbing to our lives and our finances. He throughly explained each step of the process and provided useful information for our future planning. I enthusiastically recommend Orange Plumbing to anyone who asks and will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.
