Called to fix our toilets for the millionth time but got tired of patching them up and asked for a quote. It was surprisingly reasonable to replace both toilets with ADA (higher, elongated) toilets that were so much better for everyone. Was very happy with the service and follow up when I called to request a little fine tuning. Would recommend and use again.
Lucas was absolutely amazing. We had to call on Thanksgiving because our sewer was backing up into our tub. He was very professional and said we had one of the worst sludge clogs he has ever seen. Thank goodness for all of you because we tried a bunch of different places and you were the only ones willing to help us that day. We are so very grateful. Lucas explained so much to us and didn’t mind that we were out there watching and learning the whole time he was here.
Lucas Fears arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. He immediately figured out what our problem was and took to the task of unclogging the toilet. He used an acid to remove calcium buildup in the pipe. Works great now. Definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Lucas!
I cannot say enough great things about this company and Lucas —our plumber. My teenage son called while we were stopping the water damage flowing in our house. He was earlier than expected and fixed the issues immediately and fixed issues that would eventually be a problem. I will always call and recommend to anyone that needs a plumber. I assumed it was a chain and we would be treated like a number. I did not realize they were independently owned AND answered our panic call on a Sunday AM. Lucas stayed to make sure everything was working perfectly with no issues. They made a customer for life.
I was able to quickly schedule a service appointment. They arrived early and communicated with me prior to their arrival. The problem (clogged sewer pipes) was assessed and resolved quickly. I would definitely call them again for any drain or plumbing service. Highly recommend!
