Very helpful, went and looked up stairs for me to find out what refrigerators they had on the floor for sale that I could purchase right then. Very nice, most associates won't do that for you. Mine had gone out on me last night. Wish everyone would be helpful like that. This world would be so much better.

Just wanted to thank Jesse in the lighting department and the customer service for making it so comfortable of a exchange for a ceiling fan gone bad! Lost my receipt but they still came through and honored my purchase and gave me a new fan! Now that's why I do business with Lowe's!nThanks again! W Pace
