I took my chainsaw in because it wasn’t running properly and was told they would take a look and let me know what was wrong.n4 days later I got a message that it was done and ready for pick up. They replaced my carburetor and did a full service on my saw without any direction from me.nIf it needed all the work or not, that is not how you run a business.nMechanic was conveniently not there when I picked up the saw.

Employees were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed and even got in a few good jokes!
