Definition of corrupt police department. No concern for safety, simply a racketeering scheme.

Criminal police department taking part in shake downs no different than corrupt police departments during prohibition. They have an egregious speed trap on their main road and sit right next to the sign where it goes from 65 to 45. Police are funded by tax payers and their only purpose is to protect citizens. This police department is one of many who literally steal from its residences and people passing through. Absolutely despicable behavior from individuals meant to help citizens not steal from them. Make no mistake, what they are doing is stealing, they’re just doing it legally. It’s extremely unethical and police departments such as this are a big reason why hard working, and honest policemen around the country get a bad reputation. Disgusting behavior and a complete abuse of power.
